Online website was user friendly and laid out well. Post-purchase service was excellent. My friend had left the hospital so the flowers were able to be delivered to the selected destination but I was contact directly in a prompt manner and was able to provide an alternative destination. I frequently sent flowers on the internet via Interflora or Floraworld and find both sites difficult to use and not entirely reliable. Encountering problems just before Mother's Day with both those sites. I looked to a local florist and discovered. Dragonfly. Not only were they close to my intended delivery address but the site was easy to use.
